The primary users of HealtheAthlete are Athletic Trainers and therefore the solution has been created with their workflow in mind. Common additional roles and users include Physicians, Coaches, Insurance Coordinators, Nutritionists, Sports Psychologists, and Physical Therapists.

HealtheAthlete is a part of Cerner Corporation which has over 35 years of healthcare and technology experience. This experience has lead us to create HealtheAthlete with user experience based design for user friendly workflows, a dedicated client engagement leader to assist in implementation and operations tasks, 24/7/365 support, and continued innovations and enhancements.
How can HealtheAthlete help my organization?
HealtheAthlete can help support the great work you are already doing by providing an organized and easy to use athlete management system which will maintain a single athlete record while the athlete moves around your organization, help provide standardization of documentation, track visits and referrals, and aid in sharing health information across the sports medicine staff.
Does HealtheAthlete integrate with other applications?
Yes, HealtheAthlete has secure services available for third party partners to utilize to both see data on the Athlete’s Record and contribute data to the Athlete’s Record.
Is HealtheAthlete still adding new features?
Yes, we continue to innovate and develop on HealtheAthlete and we currently release every 4 weeks with minimal or no downtime and nothing to install or maintain from your side.
Can my Athletes contribute information?
Yes, we have a secure web-based Athlete Portal where athletes can complete forms specific to your organization, add documents/images, and help manage contact, insurance, and profile information.
Is HealtheAthlete HIPAA Compliant?
Yes, we have implemented reasonable privacy and security measures, systems and procedures to protect the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of its client’s protected health information, to prevent the unauthorized use or access of such information, and to protect against anticipated threats and hazards to security of the protected health information.
